Spirit Palace Studios are an art/illustration/design duo working out of Portland, OR, city of roses and ravens. Comprised of Olivia Edith and Sarah Gottesdiener, SPS channel east coast ambition through west coast vibrational ammunition. Fueled by boundless lightening bolt vision and electromagnetic brain synchronicity, they fuse their diverse experiences to create a dome of shapeshifting artistic gospel. Spirit Palace approaches their paper/canvas/computer methods with qi gong focus, their paintbrushes dripping with neon angst and adoration.

Bio:
We are (dis)fucntioning as SALUTE!, an art and design crew with connections from Brighton to SF to Vienna.  Our activities as SALUTE! include eating noodles, wallpapering our images round towns, dressing like pirates, drinking tea, catchy dance-videos, trying to skate, pretending to fight, drawing inanimate objects, making magazines, riding our bmx's like ninjas, working above a pub, cutting our hair, draggin' it up, rubbish raps, playing strange instruments and being Gilbert & George.  Oh, and some art and design work.

Emily Beamer is a Graphic Designer and Illustrator. She lives in a straw bale cabin in the woods in Canada. She is a hick femme, and likes big earrings and talking to the birds in the forest like Snow White. Emily specializes in Print Design, and Scientific Botanical and Anatomical Illustration. She has designed CD packaging, posters and clothing tags for such clients as Katastrophe, Rae Spoon, Nicky Click, The L Word, Queerruption, and Dear Pony.
